One of the jewels of the PARIS Marsh, the Hotel de ANGOULEME, built in 1585, become Hotel de LAMOIGNON in 1688, fallen to modernised abandonment then, shelters henceforth the historical library of the Paris town. Inaugurated by Mr ANDRÉ MALRAUX, this library comprises more than 400,000 volumes, 12,000 manuscripts including certain old of more than five centuries.

L'un des joyaux du Marais de PARIS, l'Hotel d'ANGOULEME, construit en 1585, devenu Hotel de LAMOIGNON en 1688, tombé à l'abandon puis rénové, abrite désormais la bibliothèque historique de la ville de PARIS. Inaugurée par Monsieur André MALRAUX, cette bibliothèque compte plus de 400.000 volumes, 12.000 manuscrits dont certains vieux de plus de cinq siècles.
